It started with one journey to Sri Lanka.

CEYVENNA began with a personal search for a simpler, more intentional approach to everyday wellness.

A PERSONAL BEGINNING

A diagnosis changed the way she looked at everyday wellness.

After being diagnosed with diabetes, our founder began paying much closer attention to the ingredients she brought into her daily routine.

She wasn't looking for a miracle. She wanted to understand more, simplify more, and make better-informed choices for herself.

That search eventually took her much farther than she expected.

Then she discovered what true Ceylon cinnamon really was.

During a trip to Sri Lanka, she encountered Cinnamomum verum — true Ceylon cinnamon — in the place where it has been valued for generations.

She learned how different it was from the Cassia cinnamon commonly found on supermarket shelves, and how much history, care, and tradition surrounded the real ingredient.

What began as curiosity became a personal ritual. And that ritual eventually became an idea worth sharing.
